I offer a combination of business coaching and leadership development with yoga and mindfulness - for more clarity in the mind and relaxation in the body.

I develop tailored concepts and formats that support leaders and teams to make better decisions, to communicate more clearly, and to shape a healthier, more relaxed and more focused workplace.

Yoga brings the body and its nervous system into states of peace, while coaching offers clarity. This combination adds value on several levels:
