Training can have many purposes. Participants may wish to learn something concrete and to acquire new knowledge and expertise. Or perhaps they wish to learn something about themselves, by sharing ideas with other participants and the trainers, and by asking questions and formulating answers.
Training is also an excellent way of taking a productive time out from everyday work, and then to return to your regular tasks with new energy. And training can have a positive effect on teamwork and individual motivation. In our training we make sure that these different needs are met.
